So far it’s been a great experience. The apartments are nice and it’s fairly peaceful around. Extremely friendly service and staff. Location is great and I enjoy the atmosphere of the complex. Nothing but great things so far!

The maintenance works very well. They do great job.
The residents are a lot, and it is hard to control to everyone, however I wish that in future the management can find the way to stop the community violation from the residents. The hallway third floor smells awful, because the residents leave their trash outside for few days(from Friday until Sunday night).

My move in/residence experience has been great in just so little time! The front desk staff has been very quick and helpful in answering my questions, and allowed my dad to work in the conference rooms as needed while he was here to help with my move in. The maintenance staff are the NICEST and fast. I had some issues with my fan, so they ordered me a new one and installed it within 5 minutes! I feel safe here with it being gated and love the area. I would definitely encourage anyone considering... The Dempsey to go for it!
