We offer 12 month leases for our unfurnished cottage homes, short term lease options for our furnished cottages, and have on-site Air bnb’s and VRBO’s for visits from your family and friends! Convenient and close to town. It’s a 7/10, some positives and some negatives, just like any apartment complex.

AWESOME COMMUNITY!!!!!!!!!

This is a top of the line community. I've only been here a couple of days, but I'll be here forever! All of the amenities definitely make this place above all the rest. Very private, and much better than living in an apartment! Highly recommend!!!
