I highly suggest to not invest your money or time into this apartment complex. They allow other tenants to have pets and not pay the fee or check their unit when you report pets being seen and heard when a office employee has mentioned they do not have pets listed on their lease. If you call the office and complain about constant noise from the unit above you, all she ask is "what do you want me to do about it?" My daughter and I lived at Cypress Cove for seven years and I can truthfully say it was incredible. The gym, pool, business center, Dog park, the car wash station were all awesome. Our AC went out once on a Sunday when it was in the 90s. They sent a maintenance technician out and had it fixed in less than two hours. I was impressed and cool. The landscaping and flowers are always beautiful. The maintenance guys were always quick to respond even for a light bulb change. Staff was always friendly... and courteous. Cypress Cove Apartments was our Home Sweet Home. We loved the security of this area, the gated community, the events held at the pool and the convenience of living in West Mobile. It was close for my work commute to Pascagoula, MS. It was convenient for weekend grocery shopping and in a great school district. I would recommend them as your new/next home. Brandi is so friendly and accommodating she makes you feel like family not a client. The apartments in Phase 2 have beautiful hard wood floors, large vanities in the bathroom, updated kitchen appliances. The rooms are the largest I’ve seen in an apartment, makes the transition from a house to an apartment much better. You get what you pay for.
