Location is fine, but look elsewhere first
Rent is reasonable for “luxury apartments”. Amenities are rarely updated or kept up with which results in them being closed for repairs for weeks or months due to some very avoidable maintenance. Management allows dangerous dogs to live in the building, it is only a matter of time before there is a serious incident. You cannot opt out of valet trash which is an extra charge, even if you live right next to the trash chute. There have been multiple incidents that I have personally experienced to... include personal data breaches by the employees (this was by far the most egregious I have ever encountered in my years of apartment living all over the country), promised a negotiable rate of $600 additional per month to extend my lease 2 months, only to have them take that back and tell me that it is $800 extra per month, non negotiable, which prompted an early and chaotic move out situation. The property is nice, but if I could do it over again, I would have rented somewhere else. Dwindling amenities, but charging more for rent...
