How Is This Rating Determined?

Exceeds expectation

Despite the general area, this complex exceeds what you would expect. Washer/dryer hookups, large floor plans, friendly staff, and quieter than average common areas make this a real standout for the Montgomery area. Centrally located with quick access to many decent shopping and entertainment areas means that there is no need to spend hundreds more in a more “upscale” location.
Family and pet friendly, most of the tenants seem to keep to themselves. 10/0

Beautiful spacious layout. Price is affordable. Wonderful staff that responds to calls. Quiet neighborhood. Just has bugs.

Great

Great apartment complex it's just in the hood. The staff is great nice and pleasant but it's always a lot of shooting over here. I go to ASU so off campus was the only option left for me the rent is affordable for what your paying for. Few students live over this way because of the area, it's a great complex just in a terrible area.
