Poor response to maintenance issues
Response time to maintenance is very inefficient in meeting my needs as.a renter. In two years I’ve have had a leak in my ceiling that took a week to resolve and seasonal outages of the heating and cooling system. The toilet in my second bedroom was unusable for 3 days with no response. The excuse given by office staff is a shortage of maintenance workers and most recently , “ it is a 30 year old property and things break.” My rent payments are always on time and I cause no problems on the... property. Two years ago a tenant who was moving out warned me about poor maintenance responses but regrettably I took a chance. Don’t make the mistake I did.
