    Stay far away

    Stay far away from this property. It used to be nice, but it has changed ownership many times recently and has gone down hill. The apartments are overpriced and and not sound proofed at all. Be prepared to hear everything your neighbor says, watches, and does. Now that animals are allowed, there is mess everywhere and the smell is awful in the summer. The manager does not care about the tenants. She talks about tenants to other tenants (mentioning names and apartment numbers). If you complain… about something, you are told you are over reacting or making it up.
