I do not recommend Greystone at Riverchase as I began experiencing health issues and discovered my HVAC filter turned completely black shortly after the apartment’s ductwork was cleaned. Independent mold testing identified mold concerns, yet management’s initial response was to suggest candles were the cause. Very disappointed with the lack of urgency, investigation, and professional response to what appears to be a serious indoor air quality issue.

I have had an ongoing issue with my HVAC. I began experiencing health issues and discovered my HVAC filter turned completely black shortly after the apartment’s ductwork was cleaned. Independent mold testing identified mold concerns, yet management’s initial response was to suggest candles were the cause. Very disappointed with the lack of urgency, investigation, and professional response to what appears to be a serious indoor air quality issue.

Patience
The office staff has been patience and helpful during my transition from Wisconsin. Their kindness has lessen my anxiety and stress. I am truly grateful that I can come to an apartment I have not seen.

I love living at Greystone at Riverchase. The gated community makes me feel safe. These apartments are in a great location for Columbus, Phenix City, and surrounding areas. I really like the layout of these apartments. There is ample parking and great amenities. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful to me.
