No control over tenants

I've been living here a few months and while the apartments are decent, their should be a noise ordinance in place for tenants for a more peaceful living space . If I had not physically moved all of my belongings in before I realized my neighbors were disrespectful, I would of moved back to my old apartment the very 1st few days. It has been pure hell. My upstairs neighbors constantly run, jump, and flip off of things to the point where I'm miserable living here. I reported to the manager and it... seemed to be under control for a little while but the torture has now returned. Can u imagine finally getting a day off and planning to relax , and catch up on your favorite TV shows, but instead all u hear is a heard of buffalo trampling on your ceiling all day long. Can u imagine having to be up for work at 4am, and hearing that same trampling all night and then having to get up at 3am after not getting any sleep and going to work because u have rent to pay. Aside from that living here has been fine. They come immediately if u put in a work order and I haven't had any issues except for my neighbors not having an inch of respect for me. I think their should be a policy in place for situations as such. This 1 major thing has me wishing I would of never moved here. This is ridiculous. I too have 2 children 1 being 5 years old and active but I ensure that the noise levels are respectful because I'm aware that I have neighbors. I think I at least deserve the same respect. It's like an episode of neighbors from hell. I've lived in apartments prior to this and have never had any issues with my neighbors because we respected each other and that's what it's all about when you're living in apartments.

Old.

The apartments are old and constantly need some kind of repairs. The property manager is great, but the apartments aren't worth it.
