Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee is paid. Unauthorized parties will incur a fine of $1000. Pets are not allowed, and any discovered will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a fine of $1000 plus the cost of any necessary smoke remediation. Exterior cameras may be present for security purposes.
