READ THIS BEFORE YOU LEASE HERE


1. I was charged nearly 800$ on the closure of the lease . When I ask for the reasons/photos of the problems in the house they say that it’s a CURTOSY to show photos and they never showed me the photos I what I thought I was charged extra .
2. Management said they charged me for stains on the ceiling. To be on a safer side I took photos of the house before vacating and the ceiling doesn't have stains on it. When I showed them my photos and they said they don’t have any photos and say it’s a... CURTOSY to show photos and they never showed me the photos.
3. Staff: The minute you are out of the lease , they behave ARROGANT . I have of couple of examples for this.
4. Just the day before the end of lease I asked for a print of "day 1 problems checklist " that I filled when I moved into the house and they gave me. After lease end , I asked for the copy of the invoice and they said NO and asked me print from the portal. LOL. Just for a print.
5. Manager: Rude of all the people. She denied giving me an appointment.
6. I spoke to couple of people in my friends circle, they said everyone is charged around 500~ for whatever the reason.

BEWARE OF THIS MANAGEMENT .
These are couple of experiences with this leasing office. I would suggest not to get into lease with these apartments.
