The property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered will incur a fine of $400. The fireplace is not for guest use. A 4-wheel or all-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended due to the steep driveway. Water levels may change due to environmental factors, and cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Unauthorized parties or events will result in a $1000 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a $100 per hour fine. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus smoke remediation costs.
