This is a GREAT place to live for UARK college students, super close to campus, safe area, transit is a huge plus, and super friendly staff!

Friendly staff. Fantastic place to have an animal. Walkable to campus. Amazing maintenance staff that responds to needs quickly.

I have lived here for over a year and enjoyed my time here. The staff is helpful and maintenance gets any requests done same day. I also have used the bus every day to go to class and have saved hundreds by not doing parking at school
