Please do not live here. The management is poorly run. I went without hot water for a couple of months. After repeatedly sending emails to the manager with no response, I was only able to get a response when I threatened legal action. Maintenance guy barely fixes the problem. A/C barely circulates throughout the unit. The lock on the front door did not lock properly. We asked multiple times for a deadbolt but did not receive one. No security at the unit. I live in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, central heat n air apartment. It makes a great home for me and my child. Im a single mother, who is on assistance. I pay 266.00 per month. Winning a full year of paid rent would help me accomplish some major goals in mylife, and possibly put us in a newer, better reliable car.
