Amazing apartment community and management

Highly recommended!Ashley the manager and Josh the maintenance really are doing a great job! We were new in the US back then and Ashley was very accomodating and helpful in our first apartment here in the US. She helped us in settling to our new place and was very responsive. They have monthly pest control and checks the ac filters I believe,quarterly? Its pretty aged apartment,but it was well maintained. No leaks or pests during our stay. Surroundings were nice,maybe having a gate I believe... will help with the security. And also I hope they do a landscape or bring back its glory pre covid days.

Amazing place!

The apartment Ashley helped us make a decision with is AMAZING! I love everything about these apartments and the amenities/community that come with it. Ashley is sweet as can be and I couldn’t be more excited to spend the next couple of years here!

small one bedroom home apartment{600 square feet} at Ridgewood Ats here at Hot Springs National Park, AR 71913-7270. We have moved from Hidden Palms Apts, Tampa, FL 33613 to Arkansas since 12.01.2014.
