Management

I've only been here about 3 months I am 63 years old formal business owner I own the hotel and I also run a nonprofit for the last 31 years my name is Darlene Lewis I'm writing this with you because I think your management team is super they try to handle problems when they arrive they come whenever you call and I think that is wonderful I know you guys get lots of complaints but I just wanted to let you know I have a great job that they were doing to managers that's always here and your... district manager that comes when she's needed they do wonderful I just sit back and watch the things that's going on here and I would like to know and there's something they need to know so so they can handle it just wanted to let you know they're doing a great job and I am happy here I am to the point that I have move my son and one of the apartments and my grandson has moved in one of the apartments and I feel comfortable because management is good. By the way I live in Apartment 104 d and Wingate Square and I enjoy it.

Keep walking it's not worth your time

Do not move in these apts. There are several problems here within the apts.
They stink horribly. They are dirty poor staffing the manager is a liar and it take weeks for them to fix stuff if something is wrong. They also have mice.
I told the manager and nothing has been done.
If you can avoid this place do it because it is a total waste of your money. The nieghbors are loud rude and disrespectful. I am looking for a place to move tight now.
