Stay clear of theses apartments

Mildew is covered up under paint. Apartments are being broken into. Motel across the street has prostitution, drug activities and loitering and it all comes over here to these apartments. Has a gopher rat problem and trash is always everywhere. So, no don’t move here

I'm happy here!

Been living here for about 4 months and it's affordable and taken care of by the property manager! These are older apartments so there may be problems in some of them...but in my experience they are fixed as soon as you request it! My carpet looks brand new and walls look freshly painted! Everytime I pay rent I'm asked if anything needs to be fixed and sometimes they even come by and check to make sure everything working properly...by knocking on the door of course...they never enter without… permission. I've read bad reviews on these apartments and manager and haven't experienced any of these problems at all myself! This is the reason for my review. I would recommend these apartments to anyone look for a affordable place to stay and be comfortable at!

Do not come here!!!

There is a difference between inexpensive and cheap. This place is cheap. So many problems, i wouldn't know where to start. Find you somewhere else to live.

Great Location; Great Price

I have lived here for several years and was here when the present owner took over the apartments. I have never had any problems getting my maintenance taken care of. Both of the bedrooms are large enough for a queen size bed. It is nice and quiet here, an excellent location, and you cannot find cheaper rent.

Worst Place EVER

The manager is also the owner and he never fixes anything. The apartments are falling apart and there is mold but he covers it up with new paint. The office is always empty probably cause no one wants to work for him. You'll pay a pet deposit but then they will "accidentally" let out your pets, or charge your credit when you move out even when you pay a pet deposit. You can find CHEAPER and BETTER apartments with REAL MANAGEMENT right down the road.

We're sorry you feel the way you do but your request to have your last month's rent payment paid with your pet and security deposit was declined and is not standard practice of any of our lease agreements, especially when your apartment was left… trashed out and signs of pet urine and defecation was left throughout the carpet with damage to the carpet at the main bedroom entrance, which caused us to replace the carpet and pad. There were no signs of mold anywhere in the apartment! During times that maintenance had to be done in the apartment, we had to open the windows and doors in order to be able to breathe without the potenet smell of ammonia from the urination of pets and there was no time that there was a pet let out of the apartment. Actually the pet was hidden under the couch which you found!
