Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat, outdoor adventure, or memorable family bonding time, our interactive farm-stay offers the perfect blend of serenity, learning, and excitement.
We have carefully curated the cozy stone farmhouse with an eclectic blend of rustic and modern touches. You will enjoy a beautiful sunset in the evenings and wake up to the roosters crowing in the morning.

We welcome you to immerse yourself in a farm-to-table experience. Savor the flavors of seasonal fruits and vegetables as you harvest fresh produce from our gardens during your stay. Gather eggs for a wholesome breakfast straight from the coop.
Get your hands dirty and experience the joy of working the land through hands-on farm activities.
You can join us for optional guided tours of our farms or help us with sustainable agriculture projects during your stay. Whether you're a seasoned gardener or a curious novice, there's always something new to learn and experience on our farm. Tours and activities will vary seasonally and as our schedule allows. Please check with us prior to arrival for availability.
Wifi is included, but we highly encourage you to unplug and enjoy rural life while taking a little bit of a break from connection.

We have curated a library of great books to snuggle up with as well as plenty of board games, puzzles and playing cards for family game nights. You have access to explore the farm at your leisure. There is a swing set and outdoor toys.

~World class trout fishing on the White River: 24 minutes
~Greer’s Ferry Lake: 31 minutes We suggest Fairfield Bay Marina where you can rent kayaks, SUP boards, pontoons or shuttle to Sugarloaf Mountain for a beautiful hike!
~Blanchard Springs & Caverns and the Ozark-St Francis National Forest: 36 minutes *The caverns are not to be missed and the creeks are perfection on a hot summer day.

Our property is nestled in a natural setting where guests may encounter various forms of wildlife, including insects, birds, squirrels, snakes, rabbits, deer, raccoons, foxes, coyotes, occasional larger mammals such as wild hogs or black bears. While these encounters can provide unique opportunities to connect with nature, we ask that all guests exercise caution and respect towards these animals. Please observe wildlife from a safe distance and refrain from feeding or approaching them to prevent any potential conflicts.
2. Farm Animal Interaction:
In addition to wildlife, our property is home to farm animals, including but not limited to chickens, sheep, cattle, and livestock guardian dogs. Guests are welcome to interact with the animals under supervision, but we ask that you do so respectfully and follow any guidelines provided by our staff. Please refrain from feeding the animals without permission and be mindful of their well-being and safety at all times.
3. Safety Precautions:
For your safety and the well-being of our animals, please adhere to the following safety precautions:
~Keep gates closed and latched to prevent animals from wandering into unauthorized areas.
~Do not approach farm animals in the field while they are eating or resting, as sudden movements may startle them.
~You may feed the chickens any kitchen scraps from the compost bucket provided in the kitchen. They love these treats and this makes for more nutritious eggs!
4. Liability Waiver:
By booking our property, guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with interacting with wildlife and farm animals and agree to release the property owners from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from such interactions. Guests also understand that farm animals can be unpredictable, and despite our best efforts to ensure their safety, accidents may occur.
