Friendly staff, well maintained community, good, knowledgeable maintenance staff. I’ve been here 9 months. This is a nice, quiet community with friendly neighbors.

I will start with, I love where we live!! The location is fantastic! I have a couple of things that I think need to be dealt with sooner than later. The dog wash is still not open. I asked about when it would be open back in December and was told a week or 2 but it has now been months. Also, the dog park gets so muddy that I can't even go in with my dogs without getting mud all over me. We were told that the dog park would be redone. The hammocks should be taken off the stands when it is windy... outside. They keep getting blown over, and that could be hazardous at some point. This sounds like a bad review, but none of this is a deal-breaker for us. We enjoy living here we just need a few things finished up to make it perfect.

The walls are thin
The downstairs neighbor can hear us walk around and I’m sure that’s disturbing
But other than that, it’s the most perfect community I’ve ever lived in
