Great experience!

I have been staying here for over 2 years and enjoyed my time here. Staff is wonderful and catering to residents in a timely and efficiently manner. Could not ask for a better experience, appreciate my time here. Especially Miss Ashley always looking for her residents. Highly recommend staying here.

Didn't Sign Lease Still Five Star Service

We didn't sign a lease here but Monica and Kelsey were by far the friendliest, most professional and accommodating staff of the 10 properties we viewed. They worked very hard without pressuring us. We may regret not moving into the property, but it was not any easier based on how the staff at Promenade treated us.Thank you Monica and Kelsey for being rock stars! We may see you in a 12 months. Thank you for restoring our faith in great service!! Beautiful property, well maintained and obviously... second to none staff!
