Think long before moving here. Yes the amenities are nice. Location is nice (close to I-10) but the flaws are inconvenient. But it’s only really worth it to me if you live in building A. They’re the only ones with the beautiful Mountain View.
They have a variety of floor plans
Maintenance is quick, they fix things in a timely manner and you receive an email even it’s done.
-The toilet is LOW to the ground. Hope you’re ready for deep squats.
- - Minimum to no guest parking. Keep in mind... your guests are not allowed to park in the complex. They recommend you have them park on the back street, but half of the back street is closed off. There are 11 spaces behind the gate but they’re usually always taken. Or guests can park in one of the 4 “future resident” parking spaces after business hours, which are also being used by what I assume are residents. That’s 15 “guest” parking spaces for roughly 80 apartments… (They didn’t mention this on the tour)
- - The gate set up is terrible. They could at least move the call box closer to the gate to get residents out of the way of traffic, or have another entry gate.
The trash compactor is always full.
-I do not recommend here if you are working from home, the internet has been very spotty. Yes, I called the Internet company, no the solution did not work.
