Apartments are very nice but if you’re looking for quiet do not get a unit by the pool area! You’ll regret it!!!

Great Place to Live

My husband and I recently moved to Alta Avondale. I was nervous at first being as this is the first time I have lived in an apartment. I can honestly say though that we made the right choice choosing Alta Avondale.
Kamyiah, our leasing professional, made the start up process easy from the start. She did an excellent job at explaining everything step-by-step and ensured we completely understood before she moved on to the next step. The whole process went smoothly and the next day we were notified… that we were approved to move in.
The move in process went smoothly and was easy as well. There was even a welcome gift waiting for us on the counter when we moved in.
My husband and I also enjoy the environment and the atmospheric vibes that Alta Avondale gives. Everyone that we have meet and/or encountered has been super friendly and made us feel welcomed.
We also love the variety of activities that Alta Avondale offers.
I can honestly say choosing to live at Alta Avondale was the best decision for us. I don't think we would be this happy anywhere else.
