I was very excited to move into my unit. The staff was very helpful, Naomi provided excellent communication and her peers assisted when she was unavailable. Taylor was super helpful with filling in the gaps. My unit is beautiful and the community is clean. I love my new home! Thank you for making it a seamless process for me.

Do not rent here. I have had to submit 17 service requests in the 2 months living here. Its never fixed the first time and they always leave a mess behind for you to clean. I've also had a service request open for over 2 months and nothing done about.

Novel Val Vista is amazing! Kourtni made the leasing process so simple. Since the apartment we moved into is brand new, there were a couple of things that needed tweaking and Mark from maintenance was prompt and did an amazing job! Our experience here has been amazing!
