How Is This Rating Determined?

Terrible Management

Doors do not work and instead of fixing them they put rocks at the bottom. Staff do not assist when you have issues. Garage gates do not close so anyone can access the parking garage by walking/driving up with no key. (Don't leave anything in your car). Weird smell.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We would love the opportunity to assist with your issues. We are currently exploring the best solution for the common area door locks. Because the hardware is aged, we are unable to fix them as... they are and the locks will need to be replaced. We have sent out communication regarding the garage gates that the exit gate will be repaired on 4/16 and we are waiting on a date for the entrance gate. I am a student and I work full time and I love this place. The location is exactly where I need it for school, work, and occasional fun. The atmosphere is great and all my neighbors are friendly. I would definitely recommend Roosevelt Point.

Roosevelt Point is exactly the living environment I was seeking. It is the downtown metro area vibe, it is extremely close to work and ASU which works perfectly for me. Lastly, it is affordable as well. I am pretty sure it has the best pricing in the area.
