Nice Property to Live in

These apartments are in a really great area. Walking distance to many activities and food places. Management answers questions in a timely manner and maintenance is always polite and helpful!

We love our new apartment at the Oceana! The apartments are newly renovated and spacious which makes them feel luxury. Its a pretty quiet area and not far at all from multiple shopping centers. Gated community, gym, pool, and your own Amazon delivery box! We wanted in unit laundry and balcony and we got that and more. Oceana staff was super helpful in our process especially coming from out of state. We really appreciated the consistent communication! They answered all of our questions and helped... accommodate us with our move in date. Overall satisfied!
