For the most part everyone here follows the rules. There are a ton of residents that smoke on the property and especially near the playground now that the weather is starting to get warmer outside. This is a huge issue as this property use to be a smoke free environment, which was one of the reasons my family choose to live here. I have chronic asthma and to have people smoke when kids are playing at the playground they're putting not only my children but all the children to second hand smoke.... The new lady has a very nasty attitude and doesn't like to listen to our concerns and issues that we have. For example the yellow jackets are back and I wanted them to call pest control to spray my backyard again so my tiny tots can play back there but my husband was told we don't do that here if you want them gone you can go to Home Depot. What is the point of paying a pest control fee every month if we can't request to have our pest gone? Read More

Overall, pretty nice place to live! Great for families, very quiet, and there is a lot of outdoor activities to partake in on and around the property. Maintenance cuts corners sometimes, but its not that bad. Front office people are nice and helpful, and don’t get annoyed when I come in asking questions.

The people here have always been incredibly nice and accommodating! I’ve really enjoyed my time living here with the amenities, the area, all of that, but we’ve had a lot of issues requiring maintenance requests. Maintenance has always been as timely as possible, but the amount of work orders we had to put in felt excessive.

I have enjoyed this community. They are good with communication and will work with you to solve problems as quickly as possible. I will say we have had some significant maintenance issues while living here but maintenance handled them as fast as possible.

Absolutely love the management team and maintenance very helpful very understanding very professional very polite. The property is always clean dimensions always respond fast same thing Alina and Nancy in the office are absolutely amazing
