Notice the outdated reviews!
The last reviews on this page are from 2019. This month they displaced 75 families due to making renovations. Most people who live here struggle to make ends meet as it was one of the more affordable places in Flagstaff. They did not pay for moving expenses, they did not plan the timing well especially for students asked to leave during finals week. They gave you the option of moving back in to a renovated unit for $500 more per month but continue to place carpet in the whole apartment and have... cheap kitchens. There is a mold issue in lots of the ventilation ducts in the apartments. Why would you live there when you can find much bigger and more quality places for that price. Bella investment group who owns the property touts being an advocate for people but never answered two of my emails. They did nothing to help anyone. It was a very poorly planned way to make their renovations to make more money without considering the lives of real people! Go elsewhere!
