Nice place to live in, place is pretty clean and well maintained. Nice común areas, pool table, enough space for reunions, nice and clean barbecue area, heated pool and spa, complete gym and extra Pilates area, easy access to almost everything you might need, stores, outlets, State Farm stadium, bars, restaurants, shops, gas station, parks, etc….

So far, my experience here has been great! The complex is very nice, clean, and offers amazing amenities. The only downside is the guest parking fee, but that’s minor compared to all the benefits.

One issue I’ve noticed (not the complex’s fault) is that some residents don’t pick up after their dogs, and let them pee on the walls, which can create an unpleasant smell. Thankfully, the complex does a great job of cleaning it up quickly, so that helps a lot.

As for the electric car charging, some... residents used to leave their cars plugged in even after they were fully charged, but after a reminder email from management, it’s improved—I hope it stays that way!

Beautiful place to live!
This year , we renewed our lease again here , we have been a resident here for 2 years now!
