I absolutely love living here, great area with amenities. It is very upkept, staff and maintenance are very nice as well. A lot of reviews complain about parking/towing but since living here ive never had any issues.

Amazing!! I moved here from colorado and I am loving the weather. Also I am a big fan of the valet trash pick up. Not having a dumpster to take my trash makes things easier.

We recently moved here and it has been such a great experience compared to other apartment complexes I have lived in around the valley. The whole team from leasing to maintenance is friendly and attentive. The property and the units are beautiful, new, and put together well. The amenities are great including the 24 hour fitness center. Although parking can be strange at first, we have come to like the process in place. Please do not read too much into the negative reviews regarding parking, you... are able to park anywhere uncovered or can rent out either a covered space (this can be done on your own via an app) or garage. We are glad we moved here as it does not compare to many of the other apartment complexes in the valley.
