Two separate family rooms with 55” TVs. 1 and 1/2 baths, and a fully stocked kitchen.
On 1/3 of an acre, our home has all the outdoor amenities you want in Arizona. A huge backyard with a professionally maintained salt-based swimming pool surrounded by palm trees, an outdoor fire pit, an outdoor grill cooking station, and a large grass area. In season, you’ll have access to fresh citrus from our many trees (Lemon, Lime, Orange, Tangelo, and Oro Blanco Grapefruit). Palm Valley is a master-planned community with many children’s playgrounds dotted along green belt pathways for walking and biking, large parks, and a community center with tennis courts and a heated swimming pool.
