This vacation rental was thoughtfully designed for all types of guests. We tried to find the most comfortable and usable features for this home so that your vacation would be relaxing, enjoyable, and seamless. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has... everything you and your group will need to fulfill your vacation desires. Beautiful indoor open living space with plenty of seating, arcade game, various beds in the bedrooms, amazing backyard space, 3-car garage, large flat driveway, and more.

Newly furnished and decorated vacation rental ready for you and your group to enjoy! We have equipped this home with everything you need for a seamless vacation.

When you walk in the front door you will be greeted with an open living space, comfortable and cozy living room with a Smart TV (basic cable), fireplace, and an open kitchen concept. Relax in the living room, cook a nice dinner while watching your favorite movie, or sit at the lovely kitchen island while chatting with your group all in the same space. You will also have a nice dining area to sit and gather around - open the blinds to look at the beautiful unique shaped pool and waterfall spa, and enjoy Havasu's amazing sunsets!

Attached to the living room is a small cute space used as a bedroom with a twin day bed with twin trundle, and an arcade game - good for a relaxing hangout spot or a cozy nights sleep (curtain on the inside of wall to close off space)

To the right of the living room there are two bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and a sliding glass door that leads you to the backyard oasis. The other bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed, and a twin over twin bunk bed - perfect for the kiddos!

On the other wing of the living room is the primary bedroom which has a king bed, smart TV and attached full bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. This bedroom also has a sliding glass door that opens to the backyard oasis. On this wing of the home you will also find the garage entry, and laundry room (supplies provided).

The best for last... the backyard space. Pool, spa, BBQ, outdoor seating in various areas (covered and non-covered), outdoor smart TV, outdoor bathroom, outdoor shower, and more. You will love this outdoor space as it also has views of the lake, the mountains, and beautiful sunsets!

We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via Airbnb messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

This home is less than 10 minutes away from the London Bridge entertainment, State Park boat ramp, and within minutes of grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and more -- this home is conveniently located in the heart of Lake Havasu.
This home is location in a quiet residential neighborhood so please... no parties and no loud entertainment after 10pm.

This house is close to shopping, restaurants, London Bridge entertainment, Main Street, and more. Conveniently located, and so easy to get around - whether it is in your car, your ATV, or via Uber - please be responsible :)

Pool Heating:
>$125/day to heat the pool (full stay required)
>It can take 1-2 days to heat the pool so we need advanced notice
>Spa heating included in booking amount ... increased price in winter months (November to March) -- if the stay exceeds 5 days, there is an additional $15/day charged for unlimited spa usage

Other Things To Note:
*Must be 25 years old to book
*No events or parties
*Quiet time after 10pm
*Pool cleaner comes every week through the side gate to clean the pool - it should only take a few minutes - thank you for understanding!
*Absolutely no glass or food in or around the pool - if the pool needs drained it will be at the expense of the guest
*No touching the propane tank or pool/spa heating equipment - it is all app controlled and if anything is touched it will disrupt the system - you will be fined if tampered with
*Early check-in, if available, is free!
*Lake check-out, if available, may have a fee associated
*Pet fee = $25/night per pet (please disclose at time of booking)

BBQ GRILL
>We try to keep our BBQ propane tanks full, but we aren't always sure. If you have to go fill the tank, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
