The kitchen is light and has all the usual appliances including a toaster, coffee maker, crock pot, blender, microwave, and all-new stainless steel appliances. It also comes complete with basic seasonings and baking supplies. A high chair is available as well as a portable crib for small children.

The neighborhood is super quiet with adorable houses. The community pool and a hot tub are 25 yards away!

3. We maintain the highest level of cleanliness and air quality in the home and out of respect for future guests, we respectfully request that no smoking will occur in or on the premises. Even the smell of smoke inside the house will result in a fine.
4. 30-day plus rentals require a $1000 refundable security deposit and additional cleaning fee of $215. This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the house rules listed are met.
