The common spaces are all well-maintained, and Chris was very helpful with the whole move in process. Management is working very hard to make sure my unit is perfect despite my early move in time, very grateful!

Nice and spacious apartments. Large parking spaces. Noise volume is good. It’s not a noisy area during the day or night . A train passes by about once a night or so but it’s not for long. The train isn’t a big deal. Overall, great apartments to live in!

The experience is fair, the turn around in management is unbelievable. Every time you step foot in the office it's been a new manager. Hopefully we have this manager that sticks around.

i absolutely love it here, friendly neighborhood and very nice staff and maintenance staff! the location is subpar close to H-Mart and Safeway, quick access to the 101-S
