I would not recommend these apartments.
I would not recommend these apartments. The apartments are ok but to be new they don’t have modern technology. I’ve been here 3 months and covered underground parking is not available. You pay $56 monthly for parking and the underground parking is not open. They don’t have keyless entry. All doors to enter the building are locked, so you can’t enter the building without a key or key fob. You have to carry both because the key fob will not work at times. You must have packages delivered to the... leasing office because they don’t have a callbox at each entrance they can allow you to buzz a visitor in. My biggest complaint is they force you to pay for services you don’t need. They force you to pay for trash valet service, that most residents don’t use. There are 2 trash fees. Valet trash fee and RUB trash fee. There are so many hidden RUB fees. Attaching my statement for Sept. They added over $70 for RUB fees from 5/31-6/21. My rent for Sept increased by $150 compared to August. You are forced to pay for Cox internet and cable. I let management know that I don’t like the Cox Cable and ask for it to removed. They would not remove the cable service. I don’t like Cox because you can only watch their mobile app when you are on Cox Wi-Fi, no access to ESPN3 with CoX. I would rather go with Fubotv but management forces me to use Cox cable. With fubotv , I can travel and still use Fubotv and fubotv offers multicast, that allows me to view multiple channels at the same time. Cox cable doesn’t offer these features. Cox internet service is awful and slow. The WiFi connection constantly drops. Which is big inconvenience if you work from home and use VPN or teams. The router for the internet is in the bedroom closet, so it’s very inconvenient to hardwire your laptop or computer. You basically have to run a network cable across the floor to hardware wire your laptop or computer. Management seems to think Cox internet is our only option for internet. I would prefer to use Starlink or T-Mobile for internet. With Starlink or T-Mobile I could easily hardwire my laptop and avoid the constant disconnects from WiFi. I would not recommend these apartments until they open underground parking, improve access to your apartment for visitors and packages and make Cox internet and cable optional. Don’t make the mistake I did by taking those free 8 weeks and signing a lease. Please do your research and have a lawyer review the lease before signing it.
