When I moved in, I did not have a door on my master room. I didn’t notice initially but when I did notice, I notified the office. It took a while to hear back from them. I had to call a few times for updates however they were polite and helpful. When they finally got the door, they quickly painted it and put it up for me with no issues. I had an unusual problem with the cold water in one of my bathrooms.. The came out and diagnosed the problem within 48 hrs and fixed it the very next day. Excellent job.

I am not a fan of how utility costs are calculated. I feel it's important to conserve electricity and water and gas consumption, but there is no reward. I'm charged an average which is very beneficial to energy wasters. I see one of the maintenance crew, I think his name is Kevin, working his tail off. He takes good care of the residents, is out and about early cleaning up the property, and fixes most everything tossed his way. What a superstar!
