Cortland at Raven is a smaller Community not a huge complex and it’s an amazing place to call home! We have been here since Sept 2016 and just love it! Super close to South Mountain and Arizona Mill Mall - Harkins, LEGO, other shopping, and Restaurants.
The grounds of the complex are beautifully kept by the local landscaping crew that come 2 or sometimes more times a week. Always beautiful flowers in the entry and around the front fountain. The pool/jacuzzi area is also beautiful! It has comfy... furniture and plenty of tables and 2 BBQ’s!
Renovations were finished in late 2022 or early 2023 and included beautiful upgrades…brand new appliances, granite countertops, tiled showers and laminated wood floors.
Management is great and always has an open door for all residents. If any issues arise they are super quick, easy to contact, and super friendly! Glad to have our Manager Sara back but was sad to see Mike and Briseida leave. There are fun community get together’s and it’s easy to get to know you neighbors.
If you are thinking about Cortland at Raven come take a look - as a long time resident I really think you’ll love what you find here!!

The maintenance team is professional and is more of a face of this community than anyone else at the complex as he is out and about and sticks up conversations. I don’t ever see the management team. I have no issues that warrant a trip to the office

Cortland at Raven is a wonderful Community and the office manager Mike is awesome. He is one of a kind.
He will make sure that you have a great experience here. I couldn't ask for anything better.
