Montecito Apartments

I paid for two applications, that were never processed, and an administration fee in June. I was told over the phone I would receive a full refund by check in the mail. It's now August and I never received this check. I tried to contact the apartment complex and was given a seperate number, where they said they needed documentation from the apartment. I notified the apartment complex of this and never heard back. Calls and voicemails have been left unanswered. I even went down to the apartment... complex, and they said they would need to call corporate, and they would get back to me. They never did. Be careful if looking to rent here. Read More

My boyfriend and I move in on the first of April, and couldn’t be more excited. They upgraded & redid our whole apartment.
They’re also upgrading and repainting the whole complex. The complex makes you feel at home and safe despite being in the slopes.
Evelyn the office manager (I think she’s the officer manager) is amazing and really sweet. She was very accepting at how young and pregnant I am. Reasonable rent, especially with the things it comes with.

I had to find a place to live in a hurry. My former room mate moved out without notice and left me holding the bag at my former apartment and no job. I got a job and with the help of an apartment search service I was directed to my current apartment. They may not look like much from the outside but the inside was pretty nice. It is a two bed one bath apartment but the kitchen appliances is what sold me. Stainless steel appliances and a glass top stove! No ugly electric coil stove! I fell... in love and took the place that day. It is great for low income like me and my family. I live with my daughter, grand daughter and soon to be grand daughter (due any day now).
