Overall, my stay has been good. A few things I would have liked to have seen done. For example, my gate on my side was broken for nearly 7 months, as well as the hot tub. Also, the grill by the pool was unusable, but the gas is still included in rent when it was not usable.

Living in this complex has been overall a good experience. Everyone in the leasing office I’ve interacted with is very friendly and helpful. The pools and gym are nice features. Although finding parking can be a struggle at times, I haven’t experienced any major issues living here.

This new management has been a 180 compared to the previous team. The care shows with the immediate action they took on revamping the complex, landscaping, lighting, security and community events. Along with quick maintenance repairs. They are also doing better at communication. I appreciate their efforts.
