Apartment is nice and clean. Awesome community pet friendly. There is nice walkways and a great gym with all the equipment needed to get in a good workout. There is also a heated pool with a jacuzzi with jets that are amazing for family get together.

This is great apartment complex. The front office staff and management is so caring and helpful.
The maintenance team is quick to respond and does a quality job on repairs.

My stay has been rough. There are roaches probably coming from this huge whole under the kitchen sink. One of the showers wasn’t working now they “fixed” it but now there isn’t any hot water. There was a leak in one of closets because of the shower that wasn’t working properly. There were some lights that were not working. It smelled funky in one of the rooms and it heavily smelled like paint. My window to my bedroom was open and it couldn’t close or lock. There was no inspection process done... before I move in which is insane even though they told me they had double checked everything and everything should be fine. Yes they are doing what they can to help me out and have a place to call home. None of this was “Luxury” overall my stay has been rough.

Other than parking issues, everything has been good so far. Plenty of stores nearby, residents are relatively quiet. I have not yet used any of the facilities yet.
