Towers on 19th Apartments

Apartments have no amenities, no garbage disposal, no dishwasher, not enough room for anything in the tiny kitchen, nut case upstairs makes noise throughout the day & night, management refuses to do anything about the problem. There are drugs everywhere. The smell of pot being smoked outside the apartments makes you sick. Drugs are being sold from one of the apartments on property, management thinks it's OK "It's only pot".
Prices are way too high for what you get.

Since living in this apartment complex we've had numerous water leaks in one bedroom, mushrooms growing thru the windowsill that the apartment complex manager said was a termites nest (that was later debunked by the exterminator). The wait time to get anything fixed is atrocious, roaches disgustingly gross and they don't spray regularly (you have to set an appointment), washers they charge you a $1.50 for and they are half the size of regular washer and dryer they charge a $1 for that don't... dry in the 55 minutes cycle. I've found used syringes and spoons, had damages from a fire set by their maintenance and they refused to reimburse damages.
