Do not rent
If you have somewhere else to rent them, please do. The management hair does not care at all about your issues or wanting to fix them. When you post a review, they say that they are concerned about their residence issues, but they are not. They say they take them seriously, but they do not. I’ve talked to the manager and she had an attitude and could care less about what I needed or wanted. I’ve asked for the district manager‘s number and called them and not got a response. If they really took... things seriously, they would work with their residence and call them back. My mirror has been broken since I’m a van and not fixed. The appliances are very low in, but they call it upscale. The floor is just laminate and has had marks on it since I moved in that I cannot get clean. The pool is closed down a lot due to maintenance supposedly. People do not clean up after their dogs in the hallways are nasty with stains from garbage and different things. You are also paying a portion of water for everybody in the building. All they do is split it between the buildings and how many people are in the apartment. You also have to pay for the gas and electric for the common areas. If you can avoid this place, please do. These are very low in apartments that they call upscale and are far from it.
