It's a Joke
I've been a resident for four months. We moved in and had five appliances that didn't work (including a seriously clogged toilet and no working dryer). Took a month to get it fixed. I had to go down to the leasing office while potential residents were about to tour and make a loud fuss before something was done.
The property isn't COVID compliant with USPS and management didn't like having people pick up packages by the office - which is why you have to pay for Fetch. But, Fedex, UPS, and... Amazon still deliver to your door. The problem is two of my UPS orders ended up contracting to USPS so they didn't deliver my package, meaning you have to guess what package will be delivered and what wouldn't be.
I'm writing this review because for the millionth time, I was woken up by their landscaping team before 8a.m. on a Saturday with power equipment. Their landscaping guys do weird hours apparently? It's not summer, it's the middle of November. Who thought this was a good idea?
The walls... aren't remotely soundproof. When we were looking we asked if the gates were closed and we were told "always." The only time I've seen either gate closed in four months was once and the one that was closed didn't have a means of entering the code in.
