I wanted to be excited about living here. On paper, it looks like all the shiny new features and amenities are great and the apartment tour shows a very nice home. In reality, you are given a broken apartment you will spend more than two weeks trying to fix before you can even settle into your home. The smart home feature they advertise controls one light (on and off are the only functions) and has a door code that the office never gave us. So we can only lock our door through the app, not... unlock. They will also have you download several apps for different purposes. Overall, I can't in good conscious recommend living here to a potential new resident.
