Jacob was great, even though we were unable to replicate the issue. He informed me to record the issue next time, so they know what to look for if the issue happens again. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

1 Star Leasing Team

Don’t bother renting here. The $100 you might save isn’t worth the headache of dealing with the leasing office. They’re consistently rude, unprofessional, and lack even the basics of customer service. Look at the other one-star reviews, and you’ll see the pattern. I didn’t listen, but I should have. The maintenance team is great, but unfortunately, the leasing office completely undermines the experience.

I’m so glad we found Zone Apartments. The units are way more spacious than I anticipated which is great and the community is very quiet and clean. The office staff is always a pleasure to work and speak with. They’re so nice and professional.
