Apartment Review
Very poor and unprofessional management. The property itself is not the issue if you’re looking for something that has amenities. However, in my personal experience, management was rude and only pacified concerns through apologies and no action. This made my experience miserable for months and in the end I was told I needed to complain more to “have a case to get my issue resolved” when I had already mentioned my concern multiple times throughout the ten months I stayed here. I would highly... discourage anyone from renting here as there are plenty of other great luxury apartments nearby.
As far as issues this property needs to improve for how much they charge:
1. Parking: the parking provided is first come first serve for uncovered lots. On many occasions, if I came home past 7pm, there was no parking nearby the apartment and occasionally there were times where I had to circle multiple times just to find a spot. For a luxury apartment complex, I find this absurd. If you want a covered lot, you’re stuck paying extra.
2. Poor insulation: absolutely horrible sound insulation. Get ready to hear everything your upstairs neighbor does as most units have hardwood floors. For many students who will most likely be renting here since it is close to ASU, this will not be ideal for studying at all.
3. Constant pool closures: I only rented here for a short time and there were multiple pool closures.
4. Forced payment of valet trash service even if you want to take your own trash to the trash can: this fee is truly one of the weirdest ones I’ve seen. You will have no choice to opt out of valet trash services fees and will still be charged if you don’t leave your trash bag outside of your place. When touring, this looked really weird and made the place look unappealing until I was told it was for valet trash services.
5. Weird exit gate: the exit gate would swing inward almost hitting your car if you were parked in certain spaces at this complex.
