Close to everything-- UofA, Banner, TMC, downtown, bike paths, etc.-- this sweet little 2/3 bedroom, 1 bath bungalow stays cool in summer, and is just around the corner from a lovely, free neighborhood swimming pool! Tucked behind a church on a quiet... street in the Palo Verde neighborhood, the house and yard are peaceful. A short walk to the beautiful Tucson Botanical Gardens, and Frank's/ Francisco's... the best frikkin' diner in Tucson. :)

This is a fully furnished, 6 month rental. It's my home, and I'll be away for work from April 15th - November 15th. Linens, cleaning products, bathroom and kitchen essentials, and all cookware and utensils are provided. Closets and shelves are clear for your belongings. All utilities are included. (There is no cable, but it's cable ready if you want to set that up.) The house stays cool in summer with thick adobe walls, new double-pained windows, and a great HVAC system. Updated kitchen has all new appliances, the comfy mattresses are brand new, and vintage features like built-ins and original red polished concrete floors give the place charm. Southern exposure, so dappled light plays through the windows all day.

Two giant eucalyptus trees shade a large, relaxing back yard with a fire pit, an outdoor grill, a sheltered table for outdoor dining, an outside bathtub and shower, and a pretty great tree swing. :)

There is a finished, freestanding studio in the back that can be used as a 3rd bedroom. It is not an in-law, as there's no plumbing. But it's a nice little extra sleeping space with sisal carpet, fresh paint, a new heater/AC mini-split, a double-pained windows, comfy twin bed, and pretty tree views. There's a mini-fridge and hot plate for convenience, but anyone who sleeps out there will share kitchen and bathroom with the main house.
