Love the spot, great location that is close to city life while also being within arms reach of nature! Food, walkability, and I love the floor plan I got (1bd 1ba with the den)
Move in was smooth with just a few bumps in the road, but its all just personal pet peeves.

The staff and maintenance are wonderful. They go out of their way to make sure you enjoy living at Fountain Plaza. The apartments are in a great location that's close to shopping, restaurants and medical services.. Hey are reasonably priced, within the market.

While the staff is friendly and welcoming. There are still issues that need to be addressed. For example, many of the washers and dyers are out of order and have been for a long time now. Communication about water outages has gotten better - but could still use improvement. It's particularly frustrating when the water has ben shut off and then turned back on - how long it takes for hot water to properly be turned on. We're told the water is back on but it is still a day or two before we actually... get hot water.
