Verde Pointe Apartments

I have been at this apartment for seven years.My kids and myself have been very happy. The location is great-everything is close and I have wonderful neighbors, and best of all the is safe neighboorhood.

I have been a tenant at Verde Pointe apartments for a year and a half now. It doesn't feel like apartment living. The building is very quiet and the other tenants are so respectful of each other. When I first saw the square footage I thought this is going to be too small, but the way it is arranged it is perfect and doesn't seem small at all. The manager has always been very nice and polite every time I needed to talk to her about anything. My grandmother recently moved in with me and the manger... came over and introduced herself to her and welcomed her to the neighborhood and that made my grandmother feel quite welcomed, which helped her a lot considering she has lost most of her independence due to a stroke. My toilet broke shortly after I moved in and it was fixed within a few hours. Even though their normal maintenance man was out sick they found someone else to do the job. I would recommend this apartment building to family's also, Due to the location it is in a very safe neighborhood and close to all the schools and bus stops. My grandmother recently moved in with me and the manager came over and introduced herself and welcomed my grandmother to the... neighborhood. My kids and I we moved to this area because it was safe and it was close to school, we been here since 2009 our apartment is a two bedroom apartment and we love that we have wonderful neighbors. Just this year my mom move to our apartment, because she was by her self. Since 2009 I have been sleeping on the living room couch, on 2013 I loose my job and since then I struggle to pay my rent, recently i got a minimum wage job and that is what I have now, we pay $715 every month is safe and nice area... our apartment is small but is home. Living at "Verde Pointe Apartments" for over 12 years. I only have good experiences to report; Excellent Management, Great Apartments, Clean Premises, Safe and Excellent City Location. All this with very reasonable Lease and Renting Options. I Highly Recommend.
