The property is poor

first of all rent is expensive the worth it.

If you need something fixed from your apartment good luck with that they take forever to fix it and when they go maintenance team is very rood and sloppy work they got all my carpet wet when they fixed an issue with my sink.

Trash is always all over the place. Home less are always inside even though its a gated community. the entrance handle is always broken.

Its not worth it.

Leaving ASAP

Lived here for over a year now and definitely moving out ASAP. Unfortunately our lease doesn't end until January or we would leave earlier.

-Upon renewing our lease, Christian in the front office accused us of not informing them that we had cats, when we had emailed them photos of the cats when we first moved in and paid the cat deposit. He tried to make us pay the cat deposit a second time while berating us ("I don't know how you got away with this") in front of the other office staff....
Eventually he found a lost piece of paperwork and it was resolved, with no apology.

-Our new upstairs neighbors are extremely loud and it has been unbearable while in quarantine. We complained to the front office several times and had several unpleasant confrontations with said neighbors. Some of the noise issues have been resolved by management (like having extra small children over to play every day) but unfortunately these buildings have NO insulation and they insist on playing heavy bass music for hours on end. The management informed us the bass was an "acceptable" amount of noise.

Additional cons include:
Horrible street parking
Giant spiders
Inconsiderate community members
