One MAJOR drawback from this community is that it borders the Santa Ana Riverbed, which is the main artery for the homeless to move throughout Orange County. I am not aware as to who manages the location now, but during my tenure it was Michelle and April. It's easier to present this in list form, so I'm going to do it here for you:
Pros:
-Nice on the inside
-Clean
-If you get a downstairs unit, the patio is nice and spacious enough for a BBQ
-2 car carport is very nice to have
-Washer/Dryer... hookups
-Quiet (which is what gives it most of its stars)
Cons:
-If you're in an outer unit, be prepared for ANTS in your bathroom and kitchen.
-ROACHES find their way into the apartments, and if you complain, you get management acting surprised yet refusing to actually do anything about it. Their exterminator comes once a month on Friday. You'll need to wait for the next scheduled appointment because they won't call them out to inspect single apartments.
-Random WASPS show up in the bathrooms.
-Homeless and bums digging through trash EVERY DAY.
-Don't leave your car unlocked EVER. Transients make their way into the complex and check car door handles at night.
-If you're downstairs, do not expect to hook a hose up to your hose hookup.
-Do NOT put anything in your windows. You'll be told to take them down as they could be offensive, even during the holidays.
-They say no charcoal BBQs but people have them and use them all the time.
-They say not to hang anything outside, but people have things hung up (windchimes, bird feeders, etc.).
-April
-Michelle cares/cared even less than April about tenant satisfaction
-Thin Walls. You will hear your neighbors singing in their shower.
-Every time someone slams their door in your block, your apartment will shake.
-They say no pets, yet half the complex has dogs.
-I saw an older couple having intercourse in the pool in broad daylight.
-Packages stolen from time to time from in front of door.
-People hide from the cops in the riverbed, so helicopters are a regular sight and sound when trying to fall asleep at night.
Most of these things are really just minor irritations, but when all are added together, it just makes them seem worse. Regardless of ALL of this, my wife and I actually enjoyed Le Med most of the time. I actually WOULD recommend Le Med, but I would give this list to anyone thinking about it and let them decide whether to roll the dice or not.

Hello,
Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear about the negative experiences that you have experienced. Certain things like emotional support animals are not under our control due to the fact that we have to legally accommodate them under... the Federal Fair Housing Act. As for bird feeders and items that are hung up, we do try and police this, but often times we are unaware that a rule is being broken because no one informs us.
We have also increased patrols to discourage any homeless transients from entering the property and to help our residents feel safe. We also spray for ants in-house in between our normal appointment intervals with our vendor. With the exception of April, we have changed staff to ensure that customer service is made a top priority. I think if you came back, you would be pleasantly surprised by the changes. At any rate, thank you for the review and we hope that you would consider us if you were ever in the market for an apartment in Anaheim.
