I have lived at Monticello since 1987, and I have to say Claire is the best manager anyone could hope for. She has come to my apartment to replace an garbage disposal on her own time, so I did not have to wait for the handy man, She has come over on the weekend to unplug my toilet, She walks around in the carports late at night to make sure everything is OK, and pick up any litter laying around. She is always hands on, friendly, and will do anything she can to make sure the apartments are taken... care of.

We love living at Monticello! It is peaceful and quiet, and there are so many great people. The manager lives on site and is very friendly, helpful and fair. We love her and her family! She is quick to respond to any repairs or issues that arise, and she makes sure everyone respects the rules. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the price is below the going market rate, making it one of the more affordable options around.

I lived at Monticello for 3 years and moved out 2016. The manager was very nice, professional and cares for the tenants, I would see her cleaning the property all the time and was always friendly talking to the tenants. You probably did not like the rules.
Every time I needed work done in my apartment the manager was always there and took care of all my requests. The reason for me moving out was the constant rent increase.
EXCELLENT MANAGER AND VERY NICE PERSON!!!
