Parkewood Village Apartments

At first, it seemed like an excellent place to move to, and it is close to many places. The bad thing comes when you've already signed a contract. Not only does it take almost a month to fix a problem in the apartment, but sometimes it is faster and cheaper to do the repairs yourself. Once, our car was towed for not having a parking permit, but when someone got into our parking lot, it turned out that they could not remove the car. If you’re looking to move into an apartment, do not make the terrible mistake of signing a lease at Parkewood village, not only is their laundry and rent overpriced. Their staff is incredible rude, they have towed multiple residents cars during the day. They refuse to fix the problem for more parking arrangements but love to steal money from their own customers. I have been cut off and hung up on by their staff in the office. They laugh when they tow peoples cars. They close the gym early so... that they can leave early. The apartment is infested with roaches, spiders and mold. Their management company refuses to resolve the parking issues as well as their training of staff issue. Always something going on with construction or renovations that inconvenience you or your work schedule. Always someone outside doing some kind of loud yard work. Nice pool, filled with children :( it's pretty looking though.

The apartments look very nice from the outside. Inside looks nice too, but PARKING SUCKS, maintenance sucks, they're termites, spiders, and roaches in the apartment no matter how much you keep it clean they are still there. I don't recommend this place at all especially if you have 2 cars, you get home late you will be stuck looking for parking for 2 hrs.

It's a decent place to live. Grounds are kept clean and the complex is fairly quiet. Neighbors are great. Parking is pretty bad though.
