I just called the office to find out more information on the units available and the lady was so rude. I asked about pricing she was like find it on online and i said well can you just please tell me ? She gave me price and just said im wasting her time. I then ignored her rude comment and asked what the 2 bedroom rate is and she said bye you're a waist of time bye and hung up.

I called two days in advance to schedule an appointment for 2pm to see the two bedroom. When I arrived the staff was out to lunch until 2:30. I came back and when I said I made an appointment they told me I was wrong and the two bedroom was not even ready to see yet. Also they said that what I saw online was enough. When my aunt asked questions about the rent and the deposit she recieved sarcasm and attitude. Decided to leave after they were showing nothing but disrespect to aunt and I.

My friend and I moved into Villas Apartments around October 2015 for about a year and a half. We both liked the place and our neighbors and neither of us felt unsafe as girls in our early twenties. The apartment manager, Billy was always helpful and helped us with any maintenance concern or anytime we locked our keys in the apartment. I thought it was a great first apartment, the price was great, and I would have stayed longer if it wasn’t for job changes. I totally love my apartment I wouldn't change it its peaceful it's beautiful and it just fills right like home.

Three years ago, it was a bit quite and safer. But lately, cars have been broken, you will see drunk renters walking like crazy on weekends, couple renters fighting in the middle of the night. It got worse over the years.
